Mensher is a registered patent attorney who focuses on patent prosecution. Mensher has experience representing clients from a broad range of technical fields, including: mechanical devices, electrical switching mechanisms, semiconductor devices (e.g., LEDs, transistors, waveguides), artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer data storage, mobile data storage, electrical circuits, cloud environments (e.g., cloud gaming), satellite communications, and high-speed communications.
 

Before joining the firm, Mensher worked for several years as a patent and associate attorney at intellectual property law firms. Mensher has helped develop and manage patent portfolios for a broad range of clients that includes corporations, such as NVIDIA, Red Hat Software, Micron, as well as venture backed startups, and individual inventors. Mensher’s experience and technical knowledge allow him to guide his clients in developing valuable patent portfolios.
